💔“Mumma… mujhe ghar jaana hai…” — whispered little Devansh, his body wrapped in bandages

Just a few days ago, 3-year-old Devansh Badawane was running around his small home in Nashik, laughing and playing like any other child his age.
But a tragic accident changed everything in a matter of seconds.

While playing, Devansh accidentally fell into a pot of boiling hot oil. In an instant, his innocent laughter turned into painful screams that echoed through the house. His mother rushed to save him, but by then, his tiny body had suffered over 60% deep burns — from his chest, abdomen, and back to his thighs and arms.

About the campaign

Now, Devansh lies helpless in the PICU of Nelson Memorial Children’s Hospital, Nashik, his fragile body covered in layers of bandages. Every time the nurses change his dressings, his cries fill the ward. The pain is unbearable, yet he still looks at his mother and whispers,

“Mumma, mujhe ghar jaana hai…”

Those words break her heart every single day.

💧 A mother’s pain, a father’s helplessness

Devansh’s father is a daily-wage worker who earns just enough to feed the family. When this tragedy struck, he rushed his only son to the hospital with trembling hands and a heart full of fear.
The doctors did everything they could to stabilize him, but the treatment costs are overwhelming — around ₹4,65,000 for prolonged PICU care, dressing changes, medicines, and surgeries.

Now, the family has sold their belongings and borrowed money just to keep the treatment going. They are emotionally and financially shattered. His mother sits beside him day and night, praying for a miracle — praying that her little boy opens his eyes fully again and smiles.
