Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RaiseTogive Foundation (“RaiseTogive”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to ensuring transparency in all transactions that take place on our crowdfunding platform. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations and contributions are processed, cancelled, or refunded.
1. Donations
• All donations made on the RaiseTogive platform are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error or fraudulent transaction.
• Once a donation is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor.

2. Campaign Creator Responsibility
• Campaign creators are solely responsible for the use of funds raised through their campaigns.
• RaiseTogive does not guarantee refunds to donors in case of dissatisfaction with the use of funds by campaign creators.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
• Duplicate transaction due to technical error.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction reported by the donor and verified by our payment gateway partners.
• Other genuine cases where RaiseTogive determines a refund is justified, at its sole discretion.
4. Refund Process
• Donors seeking a refund must send a written request within 7 days of the transaction to support@raisetogv.com, along with the transaction details.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
5. Platform Fees
• In cases where a refund is approved, RaiseTogive may deduct applicable platform or processing fees before issuing the refund.
6. Cancellation of Campaigns
• RaiseTogive reserves the right to suspend or cancel any campaign that violates our Terms & Conditions, legal requirements, or is found to be fraudulent.
• In such cases, donations already received may be refunded to donors at RaiseTogive’s discretion, after necessary verification.
